Job Description:
As an Independent Travel Advisor at Indulgence Vacations, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for crafting dream vacations for our clientele. Leveraging your passion for travel and impeccable attention to detail, you will work closely with clients to design itineraries tailored to their unique preferences and desires. From exotic destinations to luxury resorts, you will orchestrate every aspect of the travel experience, ensuring seamless logistics and unforgettable moments.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budget & special requirements.
Research destinations, accommodations & activities to create custom travel itineraries.
Provide expert advice on travel logistics, including flights, transportation & insurance.
Coordinate bookings and reservations from start to finish, ensuring accuracy & efficiency.
Stay informed on trends, industry developments and destination & vendor updates.
Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance client experiences.
Maintain and grow client base and assist with colleague vacation support as needed.
Contribute to marketing initiatives & promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Passion for travel and a deep knowledge of popular destinations, cultures and attractions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and software preferred (Sirev, Sabre, etc.).
Above average computer skills (Outlook, Google Drive & Sheets, CRMs, etc.).
Training in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a relevant field preferred.
Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field preferred.
